Disk Space: How much space do I need?
Unless you have a large photo gallery or a large number of e-mail users, it is rare for you to need more than 500MB of hosting space as a small or medium size business. A general rule of thumb is to allow 20-30MB of email space for each employee/user.
Exceptions could be businesses that need to receive large e-mails in the form of images and graphic layouts (eg sent by advertising companies, graphic designers, architect firms etc).
